To stay abreast of trends in mobile home park investing we periodically conduct professional surveys on particular topics in our industry that either tend to produce conflicting viewpoints, are a source of confusion due to lack of information, or areas where we need additional information in order to better serve our clients with data, knowledge, research, and reporting. From the survey data we receive we are then able to deliver more insightful products and services regarding mobile home park/manufactured housing community investing. All surveys remain open to continually gather information, but we may have a certain time period designated for reporting results.
